Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Registration In A Course:

Registration is the process of formally assigning and recording the enrollment of a student, usually in a course or courses. 

Prior To Registration:

All students are required to check with any and all local, state or provincial, and federal authorities/or governing bodies to insure the course they are taking and the treatment they are learning are legal and/or allowed to practice in their city or state. This includes speaking with your Insurance Provider to guarantee your insurability. Failing to do so and the inability to practice will be deemed a student error and will not entitle the student to a refund.


Course Cost and Milestones

Milestone 1:

The Plasma Fibroblast Therapy course cost is $5,000, of which a $1,000 non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours upon receipt of your invoice in order to hold your spot in the selected course date and city. 


Milestone 2:

Within 1 week of taking the course the remaining balance of $4,000 must be paid by the invoice due date. 


Once the final payment is received, if one try to cancel within a 48 hour period from the date of class all payments will be non-refundable.

How To Cancel Your Enrollment:

Refunds for students who choose to withdraw prior to Milestone #2: 


A student may cancel his/her registration any time prior to this date, and be eligible to withdrawal without any additional penalties. The outstanding balance of $4,000 will not be payable but the $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Chargeback Fees:

Should a student initiate a chargeback on their credit card, all resulting fees attributed to the chargeback will be invoiced and payable by the student including but not limited to the fee from the credit card processor and all administration costs to negate the chargeback.
